Nominate a senior that you think deserves recognition as the “2019 HDMG Senior of the Year.”

High Desert Medical Group & Heritage Health Care are proud to announce their 29th Annual Senior of the Year Contest.

Five finalists will be selected from all submitted entries by a committee of prominent community and senior leaders. These five finalists will be named in the Antelope Valley Press. From these top five, the Senior of the Year will be named and awarded at the 2019 Senior Expo on Thursday, October 17th, at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds. The Senior of the Year will receive a complimentary one year subscription to the Antelope Valley Press, as well as, dining and entertainment gift certificates. Winner featured on the front page of 2020 Senior Expo Tab (look for Joan Osborne this year)!

Nominations due by Monday, August 5th at 5pm.

2. The name, address, phone number and email of the person you nominate.
3. Why you selected nominee as Senior of the Year. (A brief history listing activities, community volunteerism, and accounts of humanitarian involvement in nominee’s life.)
4. How long the nominee has lived in the Antelope Valley.

Note: Nominee must be 55 years of age or older. Previous nominees are eligible.
